Steve Martinez, USN (Ret.)
Luxury Real Estate Advisor
My hometown is New Orleans, Louisiana. I graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from Grantham University. Certifications earned from Villanova University include Human Resource Management (Masters), Accounting & Finance, and Six Sigma Green Belt.
I transitioned to a full-time career in real estate after retiring from the United States Navy as a Senior Chief Petty Officer Career Counselor. My career includes over two decades of helping individuals and families excel personally and professionally.
I am now very excited to be active in my community here in Naples, Florida. For me, that starts by building relationships with members of the community and local businesses. It is my goal to provide valuable information for others to make informed decisions that lead to success.
Currently, I am a member of The American Legion and Veterans of Foreign Wars. I was appointed to the 2019 Naples Area Board of Realtors (NABOR) Community Involvement Committee and the 2020 Government Issues Committee for NABOR. I also enjoy spending time with my family and friends.
I began my career in real working with buyers, sellers, and renters in 2011. Honesty, attention to detail, understanding of an evolving real estate market, a fantastic network of professionals, and a proven record of closing deals are my trademarks. They helped me earn the top new agent award during my first year of selling real estate and become a multi-million-dollar sales agent. I am also a certified Military Relocation Professional.
I am a proud graduate of George Washington University and John Marshall Law School. Before my real estate career, I practiced law and continued to hold my license to practice law in Washington, D.C. Now, I strive to help ensure the success of my real estate clients and focus on family.
